Stablenet is looking for a fulltime IT Technician to join our IT Services team. Headquartered in Charlotte, Stablenet is an IT Professional Services and Managed Services company. We provide customers with extremely reliable IT Services in the areas of Server and PC Virtualization, Network Security Services, as well as Outsourced Managed IT Services.

Job Overview:

This technical role will provide IT helpdesk support to small and mid-size customers, most often via remote support with some onsite events. The candidate selected will respond to inbound calls and emails for technical assistance with system compatibility, installation, usage, and troubleshooting. Responding on alerts via our network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds and Labtech are essential. This role is partially responsible for planned customer activities such as PC/Server patching, low-level firmware upgrades to servers, routers, switches and firewalls, along with data backups via Veeam Backup and Replication and Veritas Backup Exec. All technical tickets will be entered into ConnectWise when beginning to work a ticket, and until ticket completion.

Candidates must possess the following experience and qualities ideally:

  • Passion for technology systems and networking, with a constant desire for continued education and certifications
  • 1.5 Years’ Experience building PCs from scratch and attaching PCs to a company’s domain
  • Experience patching PCs and Servers, via RMM, Group Policy and/or Manually
  • Desire to figure out the optimal solution for technical issues
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot PC, mobility, and/or network issues
  • Experience setting up via Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 accounts for users
  • Personal ability to prioritize, maintain focus and finish tasks, with efficiency
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability with willingness to communicate responsively and with clarity to customers, coworkers and vendor/partners
  • Valid Driver’s license

Pluses:

  • Experience utilizing RMM for MSP, working with ConnectWise and Labtech ideally but not a requirement
  • A+, Server+ and/or Network + Certifications
  • Associates Degree preferred, but not required

Stablenet is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our growing internal IT team. Headquartered in Charlotte, Stablenet is an IT Professional Services and Managed Services company. We provide customers with extremely reliable IT Services in the areas of Server and PC Virtualization, as well as Network Security Services.

Candidates need to possess the following experience and capabilities:

Datacenter with VMware vSphere:

  • VMware vSphere design, configuration and optimization with 5.x and/or 6.x with backend SAN via iSCSI and/or Fiber Channel SANs or the new Hyperconverged Infrastructure solution, vSAN
  • VMware vSphere design, configuration and optimization with 5.x and/or 6.x, in smaller dedicated server storage for VMs and backend storage for VMs
  • Expert in configuring and troubleshooting VMware HA, DRS, VMotion
  • Strong Microsoft Active Directory Experience – upgrading AD structure, creating trust domains
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience, including working with host platform security, server consolidation, and server virtualization with VMware
  • Physical to Virtual Migrations, and Upgrades
  • Hands on experience in configuring NAS attached data store
  • Data Backups and Replication for Virtual Servers, preferably with Veeam
  • Hands-on configurations of physical and virtual switches, with virtual servers over the past year

Miscellaneous:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability and willingness to communicate responsively and with clarity to customers, coworkers and vendor/partners
  • Consistent desire for continued education and certifications
  • Willingness to take escalation tickets, as necessary
  • Strong understanding of OSI model for planning and troubleshooting

  • Certification of one or more of the following – VCP, MCSE / MCSA / MCTS or MCP with Server 2012 or later, and/or CCNA

Are you currently selling Unified Communications and/or IT Managed Services? Are you frustrated with the quality and breath of your current portfolio? Do you want to earn more commissions without limitations? If so, we want to talk with you right away.

Stablenet is looking for a motivated Technology Account Executive that wants to sell complete solutions into accounts. The Account Executive represents Stablenet within the SMB market segment. The Sales Executive carries a quota that directly affects the revenue stream of the company.

This role is accountable for consistently reaching or surpassing the monthly quota for new, net revenue bookings selling Stablenet services directly to end-user clients, in the SMB market segment.

We will immediately employ an IT Sales Executive that will:

  • Consistently provide a weekly sales report including activity, pipeline and a 30-60-90 day forecast in accordance with established methods and practices
  • Use good judgment and resourcefulness to access additional resources when necessary, such as Sales Engineers, Sales Manager and other related sales support resources to achieve sales objectives
  • Be accountable for consistent achievement of assigned quota
  • Call on key personnel and decision makers at targeted prospects to establish business relationships and obtain profitable new business
  • Maintain excellent follow up through sales and installation phase
  • Achieve monthly quota after initial ramp up period – 30-60-90 days

The applicant should have experience in IT sales for Unified Communications (VoIP) and/or IT Managed Services as well as:

  • 4 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in telecommunications sales to end-user customers, including strategic and medium sized customers using relationship management and system sales concepts
  • Product knowledge of either VoIP or Managed IT Services
  • Technical skills related to network voice, data infrastructure services
  • Proven recent track record of excellent lead generation, presentation, closing and relationship skills are a necessity
  • Strong desire to work within a team, as well as the dexterity to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Operational understanding of network integration of VoIP and/or IT Managed Services
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have a sales hunter mentality
